Our trucks are fully stocked with repair parts (except some OEM only parts) including: Honeywell, Mars, AO Smith, GE & First Choice. Stocking thermostat brands include: I Comfort WIFI, Honeywell & Pro1.
Our Annual Maintenance Contracts are as follows: (1) System for $150.00, (2) Systems for $300.00, (3) Systems for $450.00 etc.

(1) Spring checkup during March through June, and (1) Fall check October through December.

Spring Check up includes: 1. Check suction pressure 2. Check liquid pressure 3. Oil fan motor bearings (when applicable) 4. Check wiring for loose connections 5. Check air filter 6. Check blower for correct operation 7. Check thermostat operation 8. Check Armaflex for weathering 9. Check coil for cleanliness 10. Check fan blades for cracks

Fall Check up includes: 1. Check flame in furnace (gas furnace) 2. Check flue pipe for proper ventilation (gas furnace) 3. Check air filter 4. Check roll out controls (gas furnace) 5. Check for carbon monoxide (gas furnace) 6. Check thermostat operation 7. Check heating elements (electric furnace) 8. Check sequencers (electric furnace) 9. Check limits 10. Check coil for cleanliness

Contract includes discounted service call, and a 15% discount on parts (with active service contract).

Equipment we commonly sell include ComfortMaker, Concord, Honeywell Thermostats & Damper Boards, Goodman, and Pro 1 thermostats, A/C units, Furnaces, Air Handlers & Heat Pumps...to name a few.
